Make It Work

Gary Vaynerchuk / @garyvee on Make It Work Radio

by Eric Greenspan on March 11, 2010

Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting Gary Vaynerchuk on Jeremy’s Desktop, part of Make It Work Radio.

Gary was, well, Gary. He was honest, caring, energetic and straight to the point. I can’t help but like this guy. Crush It, Gary’s “best selling” book, is one of my favorites. Now, there is one thing we must discuss here Gary and that is this Jets fascination…nevermind, we’ll do that over a beer some day. Anyhow, our Jeremy Anticouni and Gary had a great chat, they seemed like old friends. Both of these guys have a knack for the chat, so just wanted to say thanks to you gents. I along with many others truly enjoyed the interview.

Check out Gary at www.winelibrarytv.com and www.garyvaynerchuk.com.

How to Achieve Mind Blowing Customer Service

November 18, 2009

“Employees First, Customers Next” is my philosophy and how we roll at Make It Work. Let me elaborate… It happens to me frequently on three separate occasions. Last year my son Jacob was in sixth grade at Montecito Union Elementary School. One day I get an email from Ms. B, the school’s principal asking me to come into her office. I was a little wary as Jacob has never been in any trouble. I was surprised to learn that the reason she [...]
