The Social Media Monster; It’s right under YOUR bed.

by Eric Greenspan on November 19, 2009

social-network-iconsTwitter? Facebook? Linkedin? Where does it all end? How many are enough? Which one is here to stay and gone tomorrow? The answer to these questions lies within the questions themselves. YES! NEVER. MAYBE. WHO KNOWS? I myself seem to be drowning in the same frenzy that everyone with a smart phone or computer is clinging desperately to. The question that is on everyone’s mind here is the same. What results are we hoping to see and what is the best way to obtain those results? With so many people immersed in the race is there room for one more? The answer is simple. YES of course there is! The Internet hasn’t reached its capacity and whose to say it ever will. If you have a brand to build whether it be your company, yourself, or some affiliate product you market, there is room for you. Which social media portal is the best means in which to promote your wares? Try all of them and exploit yourself using organic methods (avoid chasing an audience that isn’t truly interested in who or what you are). While maintaining all the posts, tweets, opinions, blogs, and blurbs may seem like a full-time job itself, keep in mind that by doing this you remain dynamic and relevant. In my humble opinion the rising stars (those who will achieve the most results) are those who keep it real, border on originality, spark creativity, and make you go hmmmm….
